- Mulberry paper
Mulberry paper has been made in Thailand for at least a thousand years. It is great for scrapbooking and card making, or for any project that needs lots of texture and individuality. Mulberry paper is stronger than paper made from a wood pulp and has historically been used for calligraphy and other high-end uses.
Today, mulberry paper is a popular craft supply because of its thickness and texture. To help customers find exactly the right type of paper, Easycraft now offers mulberry paper in two different levels of thickness: Premium thickness is 10 percent thicker than standard paper and Extra Thick paper is 40 percent thicker than standard mulberry paper. This is suitable where very thick or heavily textured card making supplies are needed or for applications such as for tear bears.
We want to ensure the long life of your scrapbook or other projects, which is why all of our mulberry paper is acid and lignin free. We also have a range of other crafting supplies such as miniature paper flowers for purchase that are a perfect complement to your projects made with mulberry paper.
All sheets are approximately 80 cm X 55 cm, rough edged, and come in packs of 5 unless otherwise stated.
Kindly note that small quantity orders will be folded to save on shipping costs.
Compared to similar products available online we still remain highly competitive price wise, despite increased shipping costs. We make every effort to keep our prices low on these sheets as we realise shipping costs play a large part in your decision as to whether or not to purchase from us.
